Quick Care Checklist

When Your Bouquet Arrives

• Inspect & Unpack: Carefully remove your bouquet from its delivery box and tissue wrapping.

• Keep It Hydrated: Until you are ready to hold it for photos, keep the stems resting in its glass vase filled with clean, cool water.

• Choose the Right Spot: Place the vase in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight, air conditioning vents, heaters, or open windows.

Pre-Ceremony Preparation

• Dab the Stems Dry: Before picking up your bouquet for portraits or walking down the aisle, hold the bouquet over the vase and gently pat the bottom of the stems dry with a clean cloth or paper towel. This prevents water drops from dripping onto your wedding dress or attire!

• Handle with Care: Always hold the bouquet by its ribbon-wrapped handle, keeping your hands away from delicate flower heads and soft petals.

During Photos & Event Transitions

• Give Flowers a Water Break: Whenever you aren't actively taking photos or holding your bouquet (such as during hair and makeup touch-ups or seated meals), place the stems back into the vase of clean water.

• Watch Your Surroundings: Avoid setting the bouquet down flat on table surfaces, as delicate outer petals can bruise or crush under the bouquet's weight.

Post-Ceremony & Reception Care

• Showcase Your Bouquet: Set your vase at the head table or sweetheart table so your bouquet can serve as beautiful reception decor while staying continuously hydrated.

• Overnight Storage: If you plan to preserve your bouquet after the wedding, keep the stems in fresh, cool water overnight in a cool room.
